GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this sporty 2007 Pontiac Solstice for sale. The early 2.4L models were lamented for not having powerful or refined engines. Pontiac changed that opinion when it introduced the GXP with GM's latest and most advanced 2.0L direct injected turbo "ecotec" engine. Our 2007 GXP is in excellent shape and features an upgraded turbo which increased the stock 260 horsepower to 290. This Solstice sports a black exterior with silver accents. The exterior is in great condition as is the black leather interior. This roadster has seen very little use and the body is very clean and the interior shows little wear.
With traction control, limited slip differential ABS, cruise, power locks and windows, air conditioning, power steering and leather seats, this roadster is far from minimalist. This example even features an aftermarket Kenwood DDX6705S radio with Apple CarPlay capabilities.
To make a true sports car, GM gave the solstice, rear wheel drive, four-wheel independent suspension, and a 5-speed manual transmission. The Ecotec engine gives this little roadster a little "pep in its step" and can go from 0-60 in 5.5 seconds before the upgraded turbo. The selling owner added aftermarket wheels which contribute to a more aggressive appearance.
For many years the Mazda Miata reigned supreme as the only small, affordable roadster. It won the hearts and minds of people who wanted modern and reliable open top fun, didn't want a muscle car and couldn't afford a premium brand.
