DRESS PATTERN
Here is the dress pattern for the costume Scarlett O'Hara wears in the Wilkes and Kennedy Store when she is behind the counter counting the money. Melanie is chastising her for requiring people to pay.
This costume did not have a skirt as such and Vivien Leigh wore only the petticoat with no hoop slip under it since she was being photographed only from the waist up.
We are reducing our inventory  of 15.5” Doll dress patterns which also Fits “GENE”,
some  Franklin Mint, Aston Drake, & similar fashion dolls.
It is an original version drafted for us by a professional seamstress.
Pattern consists of the following:
- fitted bodice with double sleeves and contrasting collar,
- 7 tier ruffled eyelet petticoat/skirt,
- bias sash,

hair arrangement
- instructions for making cash box with "WILKES & KENNEDY" written in gold on top.
