Superb Artwork, J.B. Owens Lotus Mug,4.25” Artist Signed “Chilcote” full signature
Bottom signed “OWENS” and mold # “1214”.
There is a hairline to bottom of handle.
As such, it is sold as is.
It has a vivid array of colors on such a small piece of pottery.
This is some of the best artwork I’ve seen on an Owens Lotus piece and is very similar to the composition used by Frank Ferrell on some of the Lotus Vases he created during his employment at Owens.
I need to make room in my collection storage area and this piece of pottery is priced to sell.
I have 30+ years of experience with American Art Pottery and shipping it across the U.S.
I use plenty of bubble wrap and Styrofoam peanuts during packing to ensure each item arrives in the same condition I shipped it.
I also require
each item be fully insured by the USPS mail service.
