Cool Components™ Hi-Flo Basic System with Power Supply
The Cool Components™ Hi-Flo Basic System is an ideal unit for aggressively venting closet applications. It is self contained and features two, top-quality brushless fans for significant airflow, low noise and long life. The fan unit can be configured to pull air out or push air in depending on the application. The fans are mounted using a special vibration damping system which eliminates noise caused by fan vibration and makes changing direction of the fans easy. And since it is powered by a variable DC power supply you can adjust the voltage for low airflow for silent applications to more aggressive cooling when noise isn't an issue.
Aggressive Circulation
Perfect for closet installations when airflow isn't high enough as is to properly vent the equipment sitting behind closed doors. Adding a fan allows you to aggressively move the hot air away to keep the components cool.
Variable Voltage Power Supply
Each unit comes with a variable AC to DC voltage regulator. This means that you can switch the fan from 7 - 12V and control the speed of the fan to the specific situation.
Quiet
The maximum decibel level reached is around 28 db. Since the fan is provided with an adjustable power supply to increase or decrease the speed of the blowers, you are able to accommodate quiet situations when necessary or open full throttle when not.
Reversible
With special high tensile rubber that acts as a damping system, adjust the direction of the fan to either pull air out or push air in. Perfect for when you want to be really aggressive with ventilation and force cool air in while pulling hot air out.
Compatibility
This unit is compatible with the TC-ALTv2, for when you want to let the temperature itself control the speed of the fan and use less power when possible.

Foreign Speeds ships domestically every business day that UPS and the USPS are in operation.

All packages under one pound (1 lb.) will be shipped via USPS
All packages exceeding one pound (1 lb.) will be shipped via UPS
Any order of over 0 will require a signature upon delivery for the protection of our customers.
If a customer chooses to change their delivery address mid-transit, there would be a required fee.
If a customer rejects package upon delivery, the customer would be responsible for all return shipping charges.
Items will only be shipped to PayPal confirmed shipping addresses.

Damaged Packages:
If you noticed any damages to your package(s), please refuse the package and make sure to have the UPS driver make a note of it. Foreign Speeds must be notified within 24 hours of you receiving the damaged package to initiate a return or an exchange.

Please note there is a 20% Restocking Fee on ALL returns. Customers are responsible for ALL return shipping costs. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipping process, therefore we strongly encourage the customer to pack their returns carefully and insure the merchandise when shipping their returns. Your item must be returned in the same condition that it was received in. Your item must also be included in its original factory packaging, and include all originally packaged content which may not be limited to installation guides, user manuals, warranty packets, and other accessories. If your item was use, has been opened, or is not included in its original condition and packaging we may refuse to refund or exchange the item. You will be responsible for picking up or returning your package at your expense.
Warranty Coverage:

We strongly recommend for all electronics to be installed by a certified professional. Warranty is void for all items not installed by a certified expert.
Physical damage is not covered under the warranty.
Example: Burned voice-coil in speakers or subwoofers is physical damage and is not covered by the warranty.
When sending a defective item in for an exchange, please include a copy of installation receipts, your eBay purchase receipt, and a brief description of the problem. Please note that customers are responsible for

30 Day Refund Guarantee:
We only offer refunds for unused, unopened items. You may return your unopened/unused item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days after the purchase date. We will refund you the value of the product minus 20% restocking fee.
